Khaskhas has a mild, nutty, slightly sweet flavour with a soft crunch.

Soak and grind to make paste for rich, creamy gravies like kurma and shahi paneer. Add to thandai, milk, kheer, laddoos, halwa, and breads. Lightly roast and sprinkle over sweets for extra aroma.

Storage
